Today, we are diffusing Into the Future from Young Living Essential Oils.

Into the Future is a blend that is meant to foster feelings of determination and a motivated spirit to help you leave the past in the past, and to venture forth into your future.   Using this blend can help overcome fear of the unknown, and to allow you to take on new challenges.

Oils included in this blend are:

Clary Sage: beneficial for regulating cells and balancing hormones.  It may calm and enhance the dream state.

Ylang Ylang: can help to balance the male-female energies so that one can move closer towards spiritual attunement.  It also brings back the feelings of self-love, confidence, joy, and peace.

White Fir: creates a grounded feeling.  It can tell the mind and body to relax.

Idaho Tansy: is antiviral and can help support the immune system.

Juniper: may help to improve circulation to the kidneys. Also it is antiseptic, antispasmodic, astringent, cleansing, and detoxifying.

Jasmine: can be very uplifting to the human spirit, and create feelings of energy and confidence.

Frankincense: may help oxygenate pituitary glands, and is also a holy oil.

Orange: can be stress-reducing. Brings peace and happiness to both mind and body.

Cedarwood: has been used to enhance the potential for spiritual communication.

Carrier oil in this blend: Almond oil

Application: Diffuse, put in bath water, over the heart, wrists, neck, as a compress, and dilute with V-6 Oil to use for massage.
